How we calculate fees
GiveNow charge fees only when your organisation receives a donation or a membership registration. The fees are applied per transaction:
- Platform fee: This reflects the plan chosen by your organisation at the time of the transaction, plus
- Transaction fee: This reflects the method of payment (as above) used by the donor.
These fees are subtracted from the total amount remitted to your organisation. There are no invoices in the GiveNow model.
