We have proudly been the lowest fee fundraising platform provider in Australia since we were founded.
Overview of our fee structure:
- There are only two types of fees involved. GiveNow platform fees (1.5%-3.5%, depending on your plan) and transaction fees (charged by our partner payment provider).
- Transaction fees might apply to donations. The most common fee is 0.26%, and it varies slightly depending on DGR status and payment method. This is much lower than mainstream payment providers' fees (e.g. Stripe, Paypal, Square), which are usually 1.4%-3.5%, plus 30 cents per transaction.
- There are no other fees. This means no upfront and subscription fees, or any other hidden fees or additional costs to use the platform.
