GiveNow Plans & Pricing
We have proudly been the lowest fee fundraising platform provider in Australia since we were founded.
There are two components to our pricing: platform fee and transaction fee. Both are percentage-based only, which means no fixed/subscription fees, or any other hidden fees or additional costs to use the platform.
- The platform fee depends on the plan of your choice (Start 1.5% Basic 2.7% Pro 3.5%). Donors can opt in/out to cover the platform fee in their donation process, and we see about 80% of the donors choose to cover it.
- Transaction fees might apply to donations and are charged by the payment provider. The most common fee is 0.26%, and it varies slightly depending on DGR status and payment method. This is much lower than mainstream payment providers' fees (e.g. Stripe, Paypal, Square, which are usually 1.4%-3.5%, plus 30 cents per transaction).
- You can change plans anytime. There are no lock-ins.
